Leaders’ Table
A kitchen under service pressure is an honest mirror.
Our premium program: your kitchen or event space turned into a leadership lab for executive teams. Rotating roles, a menu with a deadline, and a structured debrief at the table — three and a half to four hours.
- 01Roles are assignedSomeone leads, someone supports, someone controls the pass. Roles rotate during the session, and rarely match the org chart.
- 02Service under pressureA menu with a fixed time to serve. Decisions get made fast, delegation happens or it does not, and everyone can see which.
- 03The debriefThe team sits down to the meal it produced and reads what happened: decisions, bottlenecks, the feedback nobody gave in time.

Move the headcount and switch the extras on or off. The price updates as you go.
- Lead chef who runs the activity
- 2 kitchen assistants (one per 8 guests), who also coordinate and clean up
- Facilitator for the leadership debrief
- Ingredients and full menu for 12 people
- Aprons, knives and specialty cooking utensils
- Transport of ingredients and equipment (by zone), set-up and clean-up
- Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options at no extra cost
The team grows with your group: one kitchen assistant per 8 guests. Part of the cost (the chef, the transport) is shared, so the per-person price drops as the group grows. No extra charges on the day.
- Kitchen or stoves
- Pots and pans
- Plates, glasses and cutlery
- Tables and chairs
At your place. We bring the experience.
We run the experience at your office, house or event space. We arrive with the chef, the cooks, the host, the food and the drinks, plus aprons, knives, specialty utensils and the coffee or tasting gear. We set up before your team arrives and leave the space clean.
