Eatable Stories is a culinary experiences company that connects travelers with local culture through flavors, stories and traditions. We design food tours, cooking classes, market walks, coffee and chocolate tastings, and cultural routes that go beyond the plate to become the most memorable part of the trip. We are certified tour operators (RNT 271715), operating in Bogotá with presence in other cities across Colombia and Latin America. All our guides are gastronomers or specialized historians, and our services are available in Spanish, English and Portuguese. Andrés founded Eatable Stories with one conviction: that a city is best understood through the hands that cook it. A gastronomer by obsession and a host by nature, he built the first Candelaria route stop by stop — tasting, asking, listening — and still leads tours himself.
