Terms and Conditions
The conditions under which our experiences are booked.

What you are booking
- Guided tourism experiences — food tours, cooking classes, tastings and day trips — with the duration, meeting point, language and per-person price shown on each experience page.
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Colombian peso amounts are a reference conversion.
Bookings
- Some experiences are booked directly on this site; others are booked through our Airbnb listing, as indicated on the experience page. When you book on Airbnb, that platform’s terms and cancellation policy also apply.
- A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you have the corresponding confirmation.
Cancellations and changes
- PENDING: define the cancellation window for a full refund, the refundable percentage outside that window, and rescheduling conditions for direct bookings.
- We may cancel or reschedule an experience for reasons of safety, weather or force majeure. If we do, you may choose between rescheduling and a refund of the amount paid.
- If you booked through Airbnb, cancellation follows that platform’s policy.
Your responsibilities
- Arrive on time at the stated meeting point. Experiences start at the published time and late arrivals cannot delay the start.
- Tell us in advance about allergies, dietary restrictions or relevant health conditions.
- Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Complaints
- Write to info@eatablestories.com. Requests, complaints and claims are handled under the Colombian Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011).
Governing law
- These conditions are governed by Colombian law. Our experiences are delivered under the Code of Conduct against the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents published on this site.
