1. Introduction

Welcome to Eatable Stories. These Terms of Service govern your use of our food tour services in Colombia, including walking tours, cooking classes, market visits, and food trips. By booking or participating in our tours, you agree to these terms.

2. Tour Participation

2.1 Age Requirement

Participants under the legal age must be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor’s safety and conduct.

2.2 Health and Dietary Restrictions

Participants must inform Eatable Stories of any allergies or medical conditions prior to the tour. We will attempt to accommodate these needs, but cannot guarantee all requests can be met. Participants are required to have their own health insurance coverage for the duration of the tour.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings are subject to availability. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time will not be refunded.

Eatable Stories reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

4. Tour Inclusions

Unless otherwise stated, our tours include:

• Professional tour guide
• Food tastings as specified in the tour description
• Necessary utensils for food consumption
• Alcoholic beverages (on select tours only)

At the beginning of each tour, the guide will inform participants about the specific stops and inclusions. Any items or experiences not explicitly mentioned are not included in the tour price.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants must follow tour guide instructions and local laws. Eatable Stories reserves the right to remove participants for disruptive behavior without refund. Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to properties visited during the tour.

6. Liability and Waiver

While Eatable Stories strives to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, participants acknowledge that food tours involve inherent risks. By participating in our tours, you agree to waive any claims against Eatable Stories for injuries, damages, or losses that are beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property and Photography

All content related to Eatable Stories is our property. Participants may take and share personal photos from the tour for non-commercial use, but may not use our materials or brand for commercial purposes without express permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use personal data as necessary for providing our services. This includes sharing relevant health and dietary information with our tour guides and partners to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
